In line with the requests of our customers, we make the designs and analyzes of the molds that we make technical drawings based on samples or data, and we process these molds with our CNC machines available in our company.
When you want to have rubber molds made, the procedures to be followed are as follows:
Design is made in the computer program, Solidworks/Autocad.
A metal mold is produced to suit the shape of the rubber parts.
Mass production is done on pressing machines.
When you want to have a plastic mold made, the processes to be followed are as follows:

When you want to have a Sheet Metal Cutting mold made, the processes to be followed are as follows:
