Atabeta Makine founded 2010 in İzmir, are a company specialized in inventing and delivering solutions for various engineering problems and manufacture different products all under one roof. We have CNC machines (CNC milling & CNC turning & CNC EDM) drilling, tapping, welding machines in our machine park. As well as machining, & welding jobs we service to all kinds of plastic & sheet moldings.Apart from that we also work on orthopeadic medical sector.
Our founder Tarık Çam (mechanical engineer) has been worked in different manufacturer companies as R&D manager and decided to run his own company in 2010 and added valued experienced technical team to company day by day. Together with our technical team we assist you in designing and manufacturing innovative products. Atabeta’s production is custom made to meet the requirement of the end-users according to the specific working conditions. We manufacture computer-aided machining and parts. Materials used include titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, aluminum, Delrin®,plastic and other machinable materials…
In the Machinery field since now, we manufactured Shrimp Cleaning/Peeling Machine and Coil Cutting Machine (guillotine machine) with our R&D team,.
In the Medical products group , Intramedullary Nailing Systems, screws, Plates, Fixators and some Instrument Sets takes place in our Orthopedic products line. Also Hip Replacement products (Cemented Acetabular Cup, Cemented Stems) and Knee Replacement Products (Revision Knee Prothesis) takes place in our Traumatology product line.
